All refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is not available, returns will be limited to store credit or product exchange. Any Shipping prices will not be refunded for online sales. All Ski boots sold on sale are considered a final sale.

International orders cannot be guaranteed until you receive proof of shipment. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to your purchase. Equipe Sport reserves the right to cancel any and all international orders and issue a refund depending on the final shipping destination.
