Our Pledge

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Within 14 days of original purchase:

Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept returns of unused or defective merchandise for full refund. All refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is not available, we will make an exchange towards merchandise of equal or greater value.

After 14 days of original purchase, within 60 days of purchase:

Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept exchanges towards merchandise of equal or greater value of purchase price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).

Return or exchange an item to our retail stores:

For your convenience, Internet purchases may be returned to any Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders retail store for immediate credit. Please note our policy as stated above applies to these purchases.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • The item number of the merchandise, if available.
