We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Return of in-store purchases within 14 days of original purchase:
Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept returns of unused, unwashed or defective merchandise for refund minus a $5.00 restocking fee that applied to each package. All refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and will be made in the form of the original payment. Tags may not be removed from items that will be returned If the original receipt is not available, returns will be limited to store credit or product exchange. All Ski boots sold on sale are considered a final sale.
Returns of in-store purchases after 14 days of original purchase, within 60 days of purchase:
Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept exchanges of merchandise equal to the original purchase price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt). A $5.00 restocking fee applies to all returned packages.
Returns of internet orders:
Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept returns of unused, unwashed or defective merchandise for refund minus a $5.00 restocking fee that applies to each package. International orders cannot be guaranteed until you receive proof of shipment. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to your purchase. Equipe Sport reserves the right to cancel any and all international orders and issue a refund depending on the final shipping destination.

For your convenience, Internet purchases may be returned to any Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders retail store. Credit will be issued on the next business day. Please note our policy as stated above applies to these purchases.
