Our Pledge

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.


Return of in-store purchases within 14 days of original purchase:

Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept returns of unused, unwashed or defective merchandise. All refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and the return will be made in the form of the original payment. Tags may not be removed from items that will be returned If the original receipt is not available, returns will be limited to store credit or product exchange. All Ski boots sold on sale are considered a final sale.


Returns of in-store purchases after 14 days of original purchase, within 60 days of purchase:

Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept exchanges of merchandise equal to the original purchase price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).  


Returns of internet orders:

Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept returns of unused, unwashed or defective merchandise. We understand that sometimes your online purchases just aren’t right.  No sweat, we will take it back and issue you a credit on the purchasing credit card/ account or make an exchange. 

- Please note that a $7.50 restocking fee applies to all returns received after 14 days from original delivery.

- If you use a return label provided by us, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund.

- All returns made to PayPal accounts will be refunded minus any transaction fees applied by PayPal. 

- Return labels provided for returns coming from HI or AK will have the actual cost deducted from the refund.

All returns should be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Tags may not be removed from items that will be returned. Swimsuits without liners will not be accepted for returns. Goggles that have had their film lens removed will not be accepted for returns. After 14 days all returns will be made at the \"then selling price\".

Option 2) EMAIL US

Send us an email requesting a return label.  we will send an electronic label that can be printed out and attached to the package.  the cost fo the return label is deducted from the refund price.

International Orders:

International orders cannot be guaranteed until you receive proof of shipment. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to your purchase.  Equipe Sport reserves the right to cancel any and all international orders and issue a refund depending on the final shipping destination.  


Return or exchange an item to our retail stores:

For your convenience, Internet purchases may be returned to any Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders retail store.  Credit will be issued on the next business day.   Please note our policy as stated above applies to these purchases.
